Services

Care organized around what your body needs

Seven areas of focus — read together, because hormones, metabolism, gut, sleep and mood are one system, not seven.

Most clinics sort care by pharmacy category or by whichever symptom was loudest at your last appointment. We sort it by physiology. Nearly everyone starts with a Whole Health Assessment; where care goes from there depends on what your testing and history actually show.

Every service below is delivered virtually, with labs drawn near you or collected at home, and follow-up built into the plan.

Energy & Vitality

Fatigue is a signal, not a personality trait. We look for what’s draining the tank.

What this includes

  • Iron, ferritin, B12, folate, vitamin D, and magnesium status
  • Thyroid, adrenal rhythm, and sleep-quality assessment
  • Mitochondrial and recovery-focused support
  • Targeted nutrient repletion — oral, and injectable where indicated
  • Exercise and recovery pacing that fits your real week

You may benefit if…

  • You wake up tired no matter how long you sleep
  • Afternoons require caffeine to survive
  • Workouts leave you flattened for days
  • “Normal” labs haven’t explained how you feel

Metabolic Health

Weight, insulin resistance, and body composition addressed as physiology — not willpower.

What this includes

  • Insulin, A1c, lipid, and inflammatory marker testing
  • Medically supervised weight management, including GLP-1 therapies where appropriate
  • Body composition and muscle-preservation strategy
  • Nutrition and glucose-stability coaching
  • Cardiometabolic risk reduction planning

You may benefit if…

  • Weight has become harder to move than it used to be
  • You carry weight centrally despite eating reasonably well
  • Fasting glucose, A1c, or triglycerides are creeping upward
  • You want to lose fat without losing muscle

Gut & Digestive Health

Digestion touches everything: immunity, mood, hormones, skin, and how well you absorb your own nutrition.

What this includes

  • Functional stool and microbiome testing
  • SIBO, dysbiosis, and food-reaction evaluation
  • Structured elimination and reintroduction protocols
  • Targeted antimicrobial, enzyme, and probiotic strategy
  • Gut-hormone and gut-brain connection mapping

You may benefit if…

  • Bloating, reflux, or irregularity has become normal for you
  • You react to more foods than you used to
  • Skin, mood, or joints flare alongside digestion
  • You’ve been told it’s “just IBS” and left there

Longevity & Performance

Peptides, regenerative options, and long-horizon planning — evidence-guided, never hype-driven.

What this includes

  • Peptide therapy evaluation and monitoring
  • Recovery, injury, and joint-support protocols
  • Strength, VO₂ max, and body composition targets
  • Longevity biomarker tracking over time
  • Preventive risk screening and long-range planning

You may benefit if…

  • You want to be strong and sharp in your seventies
  • Recovery from training or injury has slowed
  • You’re curious about peptides and want honest guidance
  • You’d rather prevent than react

Mind & Mood

Cognition, stress load, focus, and sleep — supported biologically as well as behaviorally.

What this includes

  • Sleep architecture and circadian assessment
  • Cortisol rhythm and stress-load evaluation
  • Nutrient and hormonal contributors to mood and focus
  • Cognitive support protocols and habit design
  • Coordination with your therapist or psychiatrist when helpful

You may benefit if…

  • Focus fades by mid-morning
  • You’re wired at night and flat in the morning
  • Words and names arrive a beat slower than they used to
  • Stress has stopped feeling manageable

Hormone Health

Testosterone, women’s hormones, and thyroid — evaluated together, because they never act alone.

What this includes

  • Comprehensive hormone and thyroid panels
  • Testosterone therapy (TRT) evaluation and management
  • Perimenopause and menopause support, including hormone therapy
  • Thyroid optimization beyond a single TSH value
  • Ongoing monitoring with scheduled retesting

You may benefit if…

  • Your energy, libido, or mood has quietly changed
  • You’ve been told your thyroid is “fine” but you don’t feel fine
  • Cycles, sleep, or temperature regulation have shifted
  • You want hormone therapy managed carefully, not casually

Whole Health Assessment

The best place to start: comprehensive testing, a long first visit, and one clear plan.

What this includes

  • Extended intake covering history, symptoms, and goals
  • Comprehensive lab panel with functional interpretation
  • Written care plan with sequencing and priorities
  • Supplement and medication review to remove redundancy
  • Scheduled follow-up and retesting cadence

You may benefit if…

  • You have symptoms but no coherent explanation
  • You’ve collected specialists but not a strategy
  • You want a full baseline before making changes
  • You’re ready for someone to look at the whole picture

Practical details

Where should I start?

Book a free discovery call. If we’re a good fit, most patients begin with the Whole Health Assessment, which gives us a full baseline before any recommendations are made.

Do you take insurance?

Coaching and consultation services are self-pay — you pay the published rate, and we provide an itemized receipt you can submit to your HSA/FSA. For labs, our default is transparent self-pay pricing through Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp; because those panels run through the national labs, insurance billing is available on request for many conventional blood panels if you’d prefer to use your benefits. Specialty functional testing (stool, saliva, urine, dried blood spot) is self-pay. Uninsured and self-pay clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

Can you prescribe medications?

Yes. Our certified clinicians can prescribe within their scope in the states where they are certified, including hormone therapy and, where clinically appropriate, medically supervised weight-management medications. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy of choice or shipped to you.

Do you replace my primary care provider?

No — we complement them. We’re glad to share visit notes and lab results with your PCP or specialists so everyone is working from the same information.
