These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of oliveandoakwellness.org (the “Site”), operated by Olive & Oak Wellness (“Olive & Oak,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Educational information, not medical advice

Everything on the Site, including articles, service descriptions, and lab panel information, is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from your physician or another qualified healthcare provider. Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

No client relationship from using the Site

Browsing the Site, sending us a message, or booking a free discovery call does not create a practitioner–client relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete our intake process and agree to a written client agreement.

About our services

Olive & Oak Wellness provides functional health assessment, lab-guided education, and health coaching. Our practitioners hold the credentials described on the Site. Our services work alongside the care you receive from your physician or other licensed medical providers and do not replace it. Laboratory testing is performed by independent laboratories, such as Quest Diagnostics and Labcorp. When you become a client, your client agreement will describe the specific services, fees, and policies that apply.

Pricing and availability

Prices shown on the Site are self-pay prices and may change without notice. Services, lab panels, and appointment times depend on availability and on the state where you live. We will confirm the cost of any service before you commit to it, and uninsured or self-pay clients have the right to a Good Faith Estimate.

Scheduling

Discovery calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party service. Your use of Calendly is also governed by Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice.

Testimonials and results

Client stories on the Site reflect individual experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will get the same results. Individual results vary.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site. That includes trying to interfere with how it works, accessing it by automated means in a way that strains it, sending spam or harmful code through it, or using it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Site’s text, design, logo, images, and other content belong to Olive & Oak Wellness or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish, or sell our content without written permission.

Links to other websites

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as Calendly, laboratory partners, and government resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olive & Oak Wellness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
